Bill Collier, an OGAFCAP volunteer, has found that allotments are not available to us poor peasants who live out in the sticks.
He has therefore come up with an initiative to launch a scheme whereby any householders with spare garden space might allow it to be worked by enthusiasts to provide shared produce for both parties.
