Visit Windsor Castle this Winter

We have worked with Royal Collection Trust to agree a new offer for residents visiting Windsor Castle with an Advantage Card, in addition to Royal Collection Trust's new scheme of £1 tickets for residents receiving Universal Credit, Pension Credit and other named benefits.

The new Advantage Card offer from the Trust will come into effect on 1 January after their updated tickets prices for 2025 were published this week. It includes:

  • 50% off for single visitors
  • 50% off for disabled visitors
  • 50% off the ticket price for young people aged 18–24 years
  • 50% off for children over five, up to 17 years (Under-fives go free)
  • For one adult Advantage Card holder, one child can visit for free on production of the child's card. An additional discount of 50% off the child’s ticket price will be available on production of the child’s card for all other children.

All offers are valid on production of an in-date Card. For the first time, all tickets booked with the Advantage Card then be converted into a One-Year Pass in 2025 - meaning you can visit as many times as you like within a year of your first visit.

The council is also working with the Trust to develop additional initiatives that will deliver a combination of free and increased access for children in care, care leavers and foster families, alongside their existing access schemes for community organisations and schools.
