Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Association will be held as a virtual meeting over the internet on Thursday 17 September 2020 at 7.30 pm. Please use the information or the button below to sign in. Please do not attempt to sign in before 7.15pm.

Due to Zoom restrictions we need to keep the meeting to a strict 30 minutes but we are confident that if we manage our time correctly we can deliver the necessary information. Please accept our apologies if we do not have time to discuss some items as you would wish but, please, if you have any concerns do get in touch with us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you cannot ’tune in’ to the meeting all the slides and information will be available on the website within a few days. Regarding the election of directors - we have had no other nominations and therefore a vote at the meeting is not essential and, indeed, will be very difficult under the circumstances. Barbara Frame has been duly nominated for re-election and so unless there are any objections the motion will be carried and Barbara will remain in situ. We do hope you will be able to join us and crave your indulgence if things are a little haphazard!
