I apply to become a Member of Oakley Green, Fifield and District Community Association Limited by Guarantee, subject to the provisions of the Articles of Association of the Company and to the Company’s Rules. I agree to pay to the Company an amount of up to £1 if the Company is wound up while I am a Member or for up to 12 months after I have left the Company. I also agree to pay a subscription of £3 for one year, £5 for two years, or £10 for five years in accordance with the Company’s Rules. Subscriptions are for the period 1 April to 31 March each year.
