General update 3 - 26.11.2010
As the weather gets more and more inclement we are all less inclined to get out and about and the footpaths can become very muddy/icy/or blocked by fallen trees. If you do encounter a problem like a fallen tree please remember that you can report this to the Borough on their website.

We have received some disappointing news from the Crown Estate regarding access to Windsor Forest from the Legoland bridleway. After further consideration they feel that the delicate environmental situation at High Standing Hill could be compromised and therefore feel that they cannot encourage any more traffic through that part of the Forest.

Obviously we will continue to work with our local land-owners to see if there are any other avenues we can follow with regard to improving the bridleway network.

And finally, the daffodil bulbs have arrived (just as the weather has taken a turn for the worse!). Rita and I will be planting some bulbs around and about in the villages but unfortunately we cannot be certain where the best spots are until the spring when we can go out with cameras and see where the gaps are. However, we hope that you will enjoy the fruits of our labour in a few months time when the little bursts of yellow signal the start of spring. .
