Working Group established by Wates in conjunction with RBWM to involve the local community in the preparation of a Stakeholder Masterplan for development of
site AL21 (land west of Windsor). If you are interested in participating in the Working Group sessions relevant details are provided in Planning Update 26.
As explained in the Update this exercise is being undertaken at Wates' risk - there is no certainty at this stage whether (or on what terms) AL21 will remain
in the final adopted form of the BLP. The next session is on Wednesday 3 February 2021 at 17.00.
If you wish to participate please go here or contact Andrew Turner at Madano (a specialist community engagement consultancy appointed by Wates). Wates and RBWM are preparing supporting materials which should be circulated on
Friday ahead of the session. The session will focus on the character and sense of place for the AL21 site, and will be held on Zoom.
