Rejected application goes to appeal

After a slight respite the residents and users of Coningsby Lane must once more stir themselves to resistance.

The rejected planning application 08/02864/FULL to retain the temporary access in Coningsby Lane has now gone forward to appeal.

It is extremely important to reinforce objections made at the time of the original application by sending fresh letters in support of the Council's rejection of the planning application.

Communications must be in triplicate and received by the Inspectorate before July 16 2009.

Letters should quote the following :

Planning ref : 08/02864/FULL
Land West of Electricity Sub Station Coningsby Lane Fifield Maidenhead SL6 2PF - Permanent retention of temporary field access.
