Braywood Memorial Hall AGM - 20.03.2013
At the Braywood Memorial Hall AGM on Wednesday 20th March the Chairman, David Embery, highlighted improvements to the hall that had been undertaken during the year – the refurbishment of the ladies toilets, insulation to the main hall roof and repairs to the hard surfaces surrounding the hall. In 2013 it is hoped to refurbish the kitchen. The Memorial Hall received a donation from the Fifield Fun Day last year where the committee had a Bric- a- Brac stall and will again be there this year but plan to restrict their efforts to second-hand books. Regular users of the hall include Bray Parish Council, the nursery school and the art club. At the end of the financial year it had a surplus of £3,008.11 and a deposit on the charity account of £17,263.18.
