Refresh for our Council Plan

The most important things for the Royal Borough to achieve for residents have been set out for the remaining years of the Council Plan to 2028 – as part of a first-year refresh, formally adopted by Council this week.

While it’s not meant to cover everything the council does, the plan demonstrates the level of ambition under five strategic aims, alongside the action needed to achieve these and how progress will continue to be measured - so that the people of the borough can hold the council to account.
